About Our Company
Central Ohio Landscape Renovations is a family owned and operated boutique style company. We listen to our customers needs whether it be with renovating an existing patio or walkway reusing the existing pavers or building a completely new structure. Every design is unique and taylored to the customer in front of us. We prefer to source our pavers and stone locally and will do that whenever possible.  Our goal is to make every customer feel like the only customer.
Our Process
Initial Consultation
This is where we meet and talk about your potential project. First we will walk through the property with you, discussing ideas, issues you may currently have with the area such as water management, and budget. Pictures will be taken of the area and maybe a short video. Â
Design & Approval
In this step, our designer will create a blueprint, 3D rendering and quote for your project. After delivering the quote and design to the customer, any needed changes are made according to customer feedback. Once the customer is happy with the design, a contract is created and the work scheduled.
Build & Management
Once approved, its time to start the build process. Because our company is small and our turnover rate is non existant, our crew has worked together for years. The owner is on site and overseeing the construction process, working closely with both the customer and crew to produce a product any homeowner would be proud of,
Final Walkthrough
Although we are working closely with the customer during every step of construction, a final walkthrough to reintroduce this space to the client is important. At this time we will go over any maintenance or other things the client needs to know about the space or products used to complete it.
